Flood Ironworks manufactured and delivered 150 modular balconies for Walls Construction at Merville Place. With a significant number of balcony units required, controlled off-site manufacturing provided an efficient approach to achieving consistency throughout production. Each balcony formed part of a coordinated manufacturing programme, allowing fabrication and quality control to take place away from the construction site before completed systems were prepared for delivery and installation. The scale of the project demonstrates Flood Ironworks’ ability to support major residential developments with the manufacturing capability, project coordination and installation expertise required to deliver repeatedly and consistently.
