Flood Ironworks worked with Walls Construction on the Churchview Road development, manufacturing and delivering 80 modular balconies for the project. Manufacturing balcony systems off-site enables our production team to work within a controlled environment where fabrication, dimensions, quality and finish can be closely managed throughout the process. Completed systems can then be prepared for coordinated delivery and installation, reducing the level of fabrication required on site and supporting a more efficient construction programme. Churchview Road demonstrates our ability to combine precision manufacturing with the practical requirements of delivering architectural metalwork for significant residential developments.
