Off-Site Manufacturing for Modern Residential Construction

Flood Ironworks manufactured and delivered 40 modular balconies for Park Developments at Brennanstown Wood. Using an off-site manufacturing approach, balcony systems were fabricated within a controlled production environment before being prepared for delivery and installation. This approach provides greater manufacturing consistency while reducing the amount of fabrication required on the construction site, helping to create a more controlled and predictable installation process. The project is another example of our ongoing work with leading residential developers, combining manufacturing expertise with an understanding of the programme and quality requirements of modern residential construction.
