Modular Balcony Manufacture & Installation

Flood Ironworks worked with John Paul Construction on the Dundrum Town Centre development, delivering 35 modular balconies as part of the project. The balconies were manufactured off-site within our controlled production environment, allowing our team to maintain a consistent approach to fabrication, quality and finish before delivery to site. With manufacture completed away from the construction environment, the balcony systems could be prepared for coordinated delivery and efficient installation in line with the requirements of the wider project. 35 modular balconies, precision manufactured and delivered for installation.
