Project Manager
Connal manages projects from initial planning through fabrication, installation and final handover. Working closely with clients, contractors, suppliers, the draughting department, fabrication teams and site personnel, he coordinates project schedules, resources, drawings and specifications to ensure work progresses efficiently. His role provides an important link between the client’s project team and Flood Ironworks’ manufacturing and installation operations.
